This is a used 2017 40 foot Elkridge by Heartland fifth wheel camper trailer. It is in great condition and has less than 5000 miles on it. It was used up at our property for the summer. Then, put away for winter. We have had no issues with it.

It has the upstairs living room with the fireplace and three couches.

The kitchen is on the main floor with two slide outs.

The master bedroom is in the rear and has a laundry room with hookups. Which has never been used.
