No leaks, no structural issues, and never smoked in. The wall paper does have small wrinkles in places but is not very noticeable and the rear A/C unit in the back does struggle to keep cool in the hot months

The only cosmetic issue is some glue residue that had drip down the side from the lights under the electric awning, which does not affect function or integrity.
