This has been a great trailer for us, everything is working inside and outside of the trailer, it has a mega slide on it for the living area. It has been winterized and is ready to go. It has all LED lighting inside and outside, power jack, new batteries and tires. It has a huge fresh water tank and black tank, along with 2 grey tanks. It does have the cold weather package so all the tanks and water lines are enclosed. Furnace and A/c work great, the furnace can run for weeks without having to refill propane so it’s very efficient. It has two bunk beds, the table folds down to a bed, the couch folds into a bed, along with the queen bed up front so plenty of room for any size of family, can comfortably sleep 9-10.
