VenmoAuthentic Restoration Hardware Lancaster leather sectional in Italian leather (Italian Brompton Cocoa) , deep, comfortable, and beautifully made. We truly loved this piece, but are changing to something larger. This sofa is built to last and only gets better with age. I reduced the price because there is a 1/2 inch tear in a corner, not noticeable.
Originally purchased from Restoration Hardware (retails in the $8,000–$12,000+ range depending on configuration & leather). Made with kiln-dried hardwood frame, 8-way hand-tied springs, and comfortable cushions.
Condition: • Gently used in a smoke-free home • Light surface scratches consistent with natural leather wear • Slight sag in the center seat (still very comfortable) • Regularly conditioned and well cared for
This sofa is solid, heavy, and built to last for decades.
