YEAR ROUND ACCESS. $249-$295 per night depending on the time of year. There is a 3 night minimum stay. Road is plowed to the cabin. Sleeps 15 people. 5 bedrooms. Also a loft area, good for an air mattress. There is also an infant crib and a Pack and Play. Indoor fireplace, Family room with plenty of seating and Roku TV, playroom for the kids with plenty of toys. Washer and dryer, extra refrigerator and freezer in the basement. Large table and eating area. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, spices, microwave, stove and oven, plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Kids dishes, also. Refrigerator has an ice maker.

Surroundings are beautiful, ATV trails galore, hiking, filled with fresh air, wildlife, night star gazing and amazing world class fishing!!! Ice fishing in the winter.

There is a general store on the other side of the lake, that has essentials. Plus “The Burger Barn” that has amazing burgers, pulled Pork and milk shakes.

Cabin has a large deck with furniture and a large propane BBQ. There is also a nice fish cleaning station, complete with water, for cleaning your catch!!

Skiing at Brian Head is 30 minutes away. Bryce Canyon National Park is 1 hour away. Zions National Park is 1 1/2 hours away. The town of Panguitch is 25 minutes away.

This is a great central location for so many activities!!!
