ZelleLilli is 5 and one half months old.
I own both parents, and they’re on site.
Her father is a service dog, to help the hearing impaired. Lilli is partially trained and has the right disposition, for this “job”.
Both parents are registered (Sire: CKC Dam: AKC). Both parents were health tested, through Embark™️, for issues known to impact the breed. These results are available to potential new families.
Dad is under 3 lbs. Mom was about 4lbs (pre pregnancy). Lilli is charting to be between 5-6 lbs; she is currently 4.67 lbs.
Lilli is housebroken!! She also uses a potty pad and kitten door (tiny doggie door). She has been raised in my room with full attention and training. CRATE TRAINED! If you’ve ever had a dog that wasn’t, you’ll understand why this is in all caps.
Dew claws removed, tail intact (she cannot be “shown” as a Yorkie, because of her intact tail). Shots, deworming, etc. Vet has given clean bill of health.
She is 75% Biewer Terrier- a subset of Yorkshire Terriers, with Parti markings (Looks like polka dots). Pictured in photos are her parents (Mom: 100% Biewer Dad: 50% Biewer Dad: Golddust markings. Lillie’s markings are still developing. pictures eight through 14, are of her parents.
Best fit would be without small children (she can be easily injured). She gets along well with cats and dogs, but again, she’s easily injured, due to her tiny size. she enjoys being dressed up in various sweaters and harnesses, and is very cooperative. She also knows how to ride in a purse.
Ideal companion for retired person, looking for a replacement child!Lilli is exceptionally intelligent and knows many commands. We’re still working on a few things, but she needs a new home before her first heat (her father is on site).
Price includes continuing support regarding training, veterinary service selection, grooming service contact and babysitter contact. She is amazing! I simply cannot keep her, with her father having access to her.
Please reach out with questions. I will need to speak with and meet first, with her new family, before making any arrangements. Please understand that she is extremely tiny and fragile, and it’s not the same as caring for a larger dog- at all. Her bones are much smaller than chicken bones. Candidly, this breed and size, are VERY easy to kill or injure, if someone isn’t experienced with the breed. Just ask her mother and father- they’ve spent a lot of time being treated for drops and breaks. It happens! If you believe you are the perfect family for Lilli, but are experiencing sticker shock, I am willing to negotiate, to find her the perfect home.
Thank you for looking! Brook
