PayPalIn an effort to thin the herd, and repurpose some skis that my sons don’t use anymore, I’m putting all these skis up for sale. Rather than price each ski, just make me an offer on the ones you’re interested in, and let’s make a deal. I'm not looking to make a bunch of money here, but please don't low-ball me either. I'm willing to say yes to any reasonable offer.
ARMADA – AK JJ powder skis, 195 cm length and 141/122/138 dimensions. A classic big powder day ski! These are the much revered JJ model of the AK skis. I love these skis, and I'm torn about selling em, but I have other newer powder skis, so I need to just let them go and be used by another power hound.
ATOMIC – Bent Chetler 192 cm, 144/123/136 mm with Atomic STH style bindings. 2012 model in excellent condition. These are the burly models before they lightened them up a bit, and so they are great for busting through days old chop and crud without getting knocked around. And of course they are excellent big mountain powder skis that the BC’s are famous for.
VOLKL – Gotama 194 cm, and 137/106/122. These are the 2010 Goats with a full rocker profile before they changed them to add camber. Good edges and bases. A really fun ski on a 5-10" new snow day. The full rocker profile makes them surprisingly agile for a 194 long ski.
ATOMIC – Automatic 193 cm, and 142/117/130 with Atomic STH style binding. 2012 model. Decent shape, bases have some repairs but are smooth and edges are sharp. Great all mountain ski that can do it all.
VOLKL – 100Eight with Marker Jester bindings. 181 cm and 141/108/124. The base has worn through the P-tex in one spot, but they have been repaired, and are tuned up and will ski just fine.
DYNASTAR – Legend 8000 178 cm and 116/79/102 with Marker Logic bindings. An older ski perfect for early season groomers when the snowpack is thin. And really just a great narrow width ski for cruising groomers.
HEAD – Monster 95 Aircoats 171 cm and 128/93/118 with Look FX bindings. These were the daily drivers by a ski patrolman I bought them from and he really liked em. So did my son, but he outgrew them. Solid all around resort ski.
