Has new water pimp kit, new seals & oil in lower unit, all new fuel lines, new Carb & fuel pump, mew wiring, new coils / condensers and breakers. So the ignition is all NEW!!! Rebuilt starter. New pistons & rings with all new power head gasket & seals!!! Super quiet & light weight 138 lbs. I know it looks big but its mostly cowling!!! This motor is going to its job for you!!! Has electric and pull start. Comes with controls. Will send Video but the best is to come see it run in person!!!!
