I have loved this trailer!

It started leaking a few years ago so we have been diligently tarping to preserve it. From the leaking it does have a little ceiling damage but not too bad. The corner of the bathroom panel is a little bowed from previous owner.

It has decent tires we have had wood board coverings for over the years to preserve the ruber

The cushions inside were replaced with memory foam and vintage fabric.

I’ve always removed my shoes and regular cleaning. No smoking or pets have been allowed in the trailer. We used it for another “wing of the house” and never camped in it

It has a small bathroom with a tiny bathtub/shower toilet and sink.

The axles have been flipped to give more clearance
