Beautiful abstract artwork. I think it's ceramic or similar.
I think it says 1995 on the left stamp.
Has several chips where it's lost paint but they're really not too noticeable when you just take the piece in as a whole. I think the spots could be touched up fairly easily or even repolish/paint the whole thing if you're creative and feel like making it your own. I haven't done anything to it and have really enjoyed it just the way it is.
