This is a 2018 Thor Motorcoach Majestic 23A on a Ford E-350 Chassis, that comes with all accessories required for immediate use as well as additional bonus recreational accessories. I am the 2nd owner, I purchased it under warranty from Cruise America. It is an industrial grade RV that has 149,000 miles on it and has been well cared for and updated by me. I purchased this rig in 2022 to live in for a traveling job, and I no longer have use for it as I do not travel for work anymore. I am selling it as is, but I can attest that there is nothing broken or wrong with it as I am currently aware and all systems will be tested upon in-person buyer inquiries. I have regularly serviced this RV at Straightline RV Repair and have had it winterized at Camping World. I have not allowed it to be used during cold temperatures so I have winterized it and stored it to protect plumbing and other systems during the off-season. Things I have done to update it, all done by Straightline professionally, (all invoices available for proof): Brand new toilet ($400). Interior walls resealed ($380). Furnace maintenance including new circuitboard & high-limit switch installed ($425). Generator maintenance including oil change, new air filter, new spark plugs ($230). Water heater checked and tested. Specifications: 5 seatbelts. 5 accomodations for overnight guests to sleep. Length of the entire vehicle is 25ft. Width of the entire vehicle is 9ft. Height of the entire vehicle is 12ft. Engine is gasoline only, 55 gallon tank. Generator is a Cummins Onan 4000. Automatic Transmission. Fresh Water tank is 40 gallons. Gray water tank is 24 gallons. Black water tank is 24 gallons. The vehicle dry weight is approximately 13,000 pounds. I've also bought and installed a brand new battery ($500 value) for the coach portion of the RV this season that can power the coach portion for 1-2 days on a full charge. There is also available access to install a trickle solar panel if desired, I have opted not to use that but I do have the original solar panel that will be included. It has a towing system that can tow 5,000 pounds.
