Venmowalk-in shed, new vinyl window, ventilated tin roof stays cooler in summer than a shingled roof, I built this 4 years ago and it's held up well, tin roof doesn't leak! Just needs a door, very easy to build one. Make a wire mesh door and turn it into a huge chicken coop!! Could pay for itself selling eggs! Or finish it with a door and sell it for maybe $900 -$1000.
