I NEED THIS GONE BY FEB 2ND, which is why it's listed below market value.

I'm selling this Nomad 5th wheel fixer-upper. The great thing about it is the amount of space & the high ceilings. All of the appliances work. I bought it w/ the intention of renovating it into a nice home & then a food truck, but I'm dealing w/ an unexpected injury, so it's just become too much for me. I removed the ugly carpeting & other outdated furnishings...I will update pics, but yeah, this trailer is only for someone who either has $ and/or time to put into it. I've been living out of it since October...Tbh, I don't need all of the space lol.

Repairs needed: a new skylight, weatherproofing, new flooring, a new shower, a mattress, some cabinet work, & some cosmetic stuff done...If you want to check it out, let me know...I want to get rid of it ASAP & move back to Mesquite, NV to buy something newer & smaller & start a new job.
