These have always been well taken care of. When they weren't in use, they were stored in a bag, inside a trailer. There are some very small marks on them, but other than that they are in great condition. The foam seal on the ear cups are in perfect shape. These are $385 on amazon and $350 from the manufacturer's website. Since we have sold out ultralitie, I would just like to get rid of them.
