It's been a great trailer, we just need to sell it to get ahead of bills. The tires are a little under two years old, still in great shape. We added a powered hitch jack two years ago that is so much better than cranking by hand. The awning works well and is completely intact, looks brand new. The AC/furnace, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, and tv all work great. No issues with the plumbing either. The trailer is light enough (5,470 lbs dry weight) to be comfortably half-ton towable (which is what we have). Listed length is 28 feet, though bumper-to-hitch is about 33 feet. The bunk beds are great for kids!
