Lightly used 25-foot bunkhouse trailer perfect for half-ton vehicles. Full length is ~27.5 feet with tongue and spare tire. Dry weight is ~4,000 pounds with 30-gallon freshwater capacity, 36-gallon blackwater, 40-gallon grey water, 6-gallon water heater, furnace and A/C, fridge/freezer, 2-burner stovetop, microwave, etc. Rated to sleep 7, but realistically only 5 comforably. Bunks are double-beds with a main queen bed and convertable dining table/bed. We've cleaned it out but are willing to include bedding, dishes, utensils and other supplies, if desired. Also includes hookup sewer and water hoses, water filter, memory foam mattress toppers, toilet drop-ins, leveling blocks, tire chocks, tool kit, cover and power adapter. I've installed an electric tongue jack and brass ball-valve drain fittings and will include an e2 equalizer hitch. Super clean and in great condition with minimal signs of wear. The trailer is currently in storage with the winter cover, but I'm happy to open it up and arrange a walk-through.
