Currently not running. Unsure what the problem is.

I haven't done much to the bike. Just rebuilt the slave cylinder, cleaned the clutch and carbs, and replaced all the oil/coolant/gas etc. I am unsure of what the previous owner did to the bike other than the obvious aesthetic changes.

Best guess is it's a timing issue with the engine.

Bought this bike a few years ago custom. It quickly broke down and turned into a project bike that I've been trying to work on in my spare time. I don't have the tools or knowledge to fix an older bike like this and I just signed on with the Coast Guard and am leaving soon. I'm looking to sell it before I leave.
