We bought this chair a couple years ago and just don't use it anymore. Everything works. Digital display and Bluetooth and speakers if you want to pair your phone with it. It also massages legs and arms. There is some war marks in the seat pan but no tears or anything. It has built in wheels so it can be moved easily
