ZelleI purchased this set brand new from Ashley Furniture 3 years ago. (I paid almost 8k for it all) I did purchase a lifetime warrenty as well (not sure how that works when I sell it. But it was purchased).
I can see online where Ashley furniture has given it to AFA stores to sell now and I have included photos of the price if it was purchased from them brand new today.
Table, chairs, and china hutch all included in the price. (china not included)
The china hutch does have lights inside that are really beautiful. The top part of the china hutch is a separate piece from the bottom so you dont have to use the top part of the china hutch if you dont want to/dont have the ceiling/height space. The table is 7'3X3'8 with the leaf installed. The leaf is 1'6. So if you remove the leaf the table is 5'9 by3'8. The leaf is very easy to remove and insert.
