This 2004 Winnebago Itasca with low miles (45,200) is comfortably equipped for the traveling companion who has difficulty with stairs or is otherwise a bit unsteady on their feet. It is equipped with two slides, a queen bed, and an aftermarket double reclining love seat. The coach can be entered using the conventional electric door steps, or via a Burr power lift that can be used either standing or sitting. Twenty grab bars and handholds are strategically placed throughout the coach and wide aisles are walker-friendly when the slides are out. A folding Jazzy electric scooter is included in the garage storage for use when parked. A second (or non-folding) scooter can be transported on the included platform with ramp that easily attaches on the trailer hitch or can be removed when not needed.
This Winnebago Itasca exudes safety and quality with an all-steel cab structure and one-piece fiberglass roof, unlike the more common rubber membrane roof. Large cockpit windows give panoramic views, and a driver’s door adds convenience for fuel stops plus another point of exit in an emergency. Interior storage is abundant and exterior basement compartments are integrated into the main slide rather than being difficult to access when the slide is out. The coach is equipped for extended travel with a 75 G (gallon) fuel tank, 23 G LP tank, 84 G fresh water tank, and 40/54 G black and grey holding tanks.
Power is abundant with the standard 8.1 Workhorse chassis with an Onan 4KW generator. This motorhome has been lovingly maintained under current ownership since 2021 and important components and systems such as tires, shocks, and batteries have been replaced. Several updates have been added such as a residential toilet and faucets, a rear-view camera, LED bulbs throughout, and a reclining passenger chair for additional comfort on the road.
