It honestly hasn’t been used a tremendous amount as we don’t do much CNC work. It has worked amazingly for plastic, wood, and aluminum! It is a really great machine especially if you need something light weight! Below is the manufacturer description for it. The brand is Materialized CNC.
This is an industrial level CNC router but with an aluminum frame, making it a very practical solution for most needs, industrial or hobby. The X,Y,Z motors and spindle are high power and speed, allowing it to cut like an industrial machine, but the aluminum frame lowers the weight down significantly. While traditional steel framed industrial machines require a forklift to move, this machine can easily be picked up with 2-4 people.
220 volt 1 phase, so it can plug into most residential or industrial panels Mach 3 software and computer included and ready to use 1 year factory warranty and lifetime support for part replacement Water cooling spindle 4 Horsepower The X,Y,Z motors are Nema 34 upgraded Hybrid Servo motors and drivers (hybrid servo motors have higher performance than stepper motors)
