I bought this for fun during the FIFA 2002 games, and as the pictures show, this Beanie Baby Bear with the FIFA tags and attached emblem is in excellent shape.

I paid $9.95 for this bear at the time; and if you look online, they are currently going - in this condition - for between $10.00 & $15.00.

With the World Cup happening this year, I feel that my price of $6.00 for this Beanie Baby bear is a very fair one.
