This is a 'Basement' edition of this trailer, meaning it has extra storage below the floor decking, accessable from outside. It is clean, and well taken care of for it's age. The axels were changed a few years ago so that it could also be taken off road for a wider variety of camping options. The fridge is large, and the shower walls were replaced a couple of years ago. This could be used for camping or full time living. The batteries were replaced two months ago, and the propane tanks just filled.
