VenmoWaterjet is looking for production or other work to cut. 55" x 99" x 6" thick (roughly 4'x8'x6") capacity. Full programming capabilities. If you have anything that needs to be contour cut, it can cut most any material including but not limited to:
Metals: Stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, and various alloys.
Stone: Granite, marble, slate, limestone, and quartz.
Glass: Tempered glass, stained glass, laminated glass, and mirrors.
Ceramics: Porcelain, ceramic tiles, and pottery.
Plastics: Acrylic, polycarbonate, nylon, PVC, and Delrin.
Composites: Carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar, and reinforced plastics.
Rubber: Natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and silicone.
Foam: Polyurethane foam, expanded polystyrene (EPS), and foam rubber.
Wood: Hardwoods, softwoods, plywood, and MDF (medium-density fiberboard).
Waterjet cutting is highly versatile and can handle materials of varying thicknesses, making it a preferred method for industries ranging from aerospace and automotive to architecture, art, hobby and manufacturing.
