I’m selling my lease at The Omni and the room is available immediately. You can move in right away and you won’t owe any rent until April 1. (PRIVATE ROOM!)

Important: I have already moved out, so I’m not able to personally show the apartment. If you’d like to see the unit, the Omni management can give you a tour and help you through the leasing process.

Utilities are separate from rent.
