We bought it as a fixer upper and have slowly been doing that while still taking it out and enjoying it. its super spacious but it is worn out and is priced accordingly. wear includes floor damage pictured, carpet stains, bathroom ceiling has some water damage from the previous owner. it hasn't been a problem since we've owned it while using it and we keep it covered when stored. cover comes with the trailer. it is winterized right now.
