ApplePayGear up for spring with this Forest River fifth wheel! This one is 36 feet.
We recently bought this (February), but we just found out we are expecting and it doesn't make sense for us to keep the trailer now.
This trailer has two private bedrooms and two bathrooms! One bedroom with a queen bed, the other with bunk beds, great for kids.
It apparently tows well. We are going through it to see what works and what doesn't. So far, the only things we know of are that it does have some minor plastic parts that could be replaced and the rear air conditioner is missing its cover. The fridge works. The slides and landing gear work. We are working on replacing some flooring and other things.
A major plus is that the roof was recently resealed, which is important for these trailers, and the tires are in good shape!
It includes a separate washer and dryer (not a combo unit). It also has a tank heater to keep things from freezing. This setup would be a great start for full-time living.
A new sewer hose kit and a soft air conditioner cover are included--both are still in retail boxes.
As an extra bonus, we will throw in a brand new deep-cycle marine battery, which was not included when we bought it (battery purchased 2/2/26). This will make hitching it up to your truck an easy process.
It currently has an adapter for an Andersen hitch--that can be removed pretty easily if you need the straight kingpin.

$11,957 OBO. Please make a reasonable offer! Although we had it inspected and we were told we could probably make a profit, we're really just looking to get our money back to cover upcoming family expenses. Please be considerate of this before low-balling us.
Trades may be acceptable if you have a minivan or SUV with three rows of seating and it's in good condition. We don't want other RVs, boats, or ATVs.
NOTE: We are actively working to make some improvements. Several things have already been replaced, upgraded, or repaired. The price may change when it's done.
