We’ve been running a cotton candy production company out of this food trailer, we are looking to pivot to something else. Everything is up to date as far as the Southwest Health department goes as well as the Utah Department Of Ag & Food. (Different certificates for both). You can take this and run it on day one. The specs on the trailer: the box is 20’ by 8’ (25’ with the front tongue ) and the ceiling inside is 7’ high. Loads of storage and space. It’s got 3 windows that open up for orders. It’s set up to be hooked up to sewer, water and electric or tanks to run it with a generator. Hot water heater and pumps as well. Axles are 5000 lbs each. Tires are ok but you’d need new ones if you’re going far. They all hold air. Ac & heat built in and the trailer is insulated. It’s a great trailer and business, lots of margin. $28,000 OBO.
