Hi! I’m Bowie, a 1-year-old purebred Black Lab, and I’ve very quickly become popular here at the shelter, the volunteers absolutely love me.

I was surrendered due to some life changes in my previous home, and now I’m ready for a fresh start with a family who has time and energy for a young lab like me.

Here’s what you should know about me:

• Male, not neutered (adoption includes neuter voucher)
• Needs vaccines
• Potty trained and crate trained
• Currently marks indoors-neutering, routine, and consistency should help
• Good with kids (has lived with children ages 3–6)
• Good with other dogs
• No chickens or birds for me! Unless you are a hunter of course!
• Has not been with cats
• Knows several basic commands
• Very sweet, affectionate, and eager to please

I’m still young and learning, so I’ll do best in a home that can provide structure, training, exercise, and patience, classic lab stuff! With guidance, I’m going to be an amazing family companion.

Adoption Fee: $190 (Includes a neuter voucher)
