Very clean RV. We bought it used from the dealer and we have used it for a couple years. Never smoked in.

It has a few up upgrades: It has a brand new fridge that is bigger than the original. Solar panels. Upgraded fans that work on a thermostat. We added the easy access doors for the utilities that only come in newer years. It has a brand new Purple mattress and West Elm bedding. Awning cover for the slide out.

This model includes the solid surface countertops. Two TVs in living and bedroom. Couch and dining fold down to beds so can sleep six or more. Outside shower.

Tons of storage. We have owned a few Outdoors RVs over the years and this has been our favorite layout, especially with kids. 

We can sell the equalizer hitch, but it is not included in the price.

Never had any water damage or any issues. Roof is in really good shape. There is a fog on one of the windows up front. It was like that when we bought it from the dealer. They assured us it is only cosmetic and we have never had any issues with it.

Only selling because we are building a house and we need the extra $$ right now. Super nice RV!
