It's completely functional but could use some TLC. Comes with the yellow stripes and the trailer jack, tire still have a bunch of live in it, I have the fender brand new still in the box, just never installed if you want them, it's yours for extra 100 bucks. The hitch ball is 2". I've had this for over 3 years, only reason I'm selling is because I upgraded to a full car hauler due to the need to haul awd cars so, I'm not in a hurry to sell. Asking 600 obo.
