Absolutely beautiful and colorful artwork! The reverse has hand painted words "Made In France for Lord and Taylor". Although I don't have the provenance, I am sure it is yes, that Lord and Taylor. There are also brackets mounted on the back to hang on a wall. The brackets even look vintage. You don't see these very often, they are pretty scarce. First $60 gets them.
