We have had this for 6 years. It has taken us on many adventures, from Southern Utah to Yellowstone every fall and many places in between. Two king size beds in the pullouts, the table and couch both fold down into a bed. We slept 6 in this thing very comfortably for all these years. Everything works. Thermostat controlled propane furnace has kept us warm on nights that fell below freezing, all plumbing works including the inside sink and outdoor shower. It can pack 26 gallons of water with a 20 gallon fresh water tank and a 6 gallon water heater. I installed a bypass on the water pump and the water heater to make winterizing easy. The propane controlled fridge works great as well. A couple of years ago I had radial tires put on and they are still in great shape. The front half door that doubles as a step when the trailer is popped up and that is closed when the trailer is closed up is a little wonky, but we’ve never had any issues with it, the previous owners rigged up a fix that works nicely. The main door when opened up seals nicely. The upholstery is all in great shape, there are no tears at all. The lights have been replaced with LEDs. Inside there is a 3 burner stove and there is another stove that attaches with a propane connection next to it. There is also a large storage compartment up front that houses the water heater and has plenty of room for gear. My kids hate to see it go with all of the memories we’ve made, but we are simply upgrading to a hard sided trailer with a bathroom as the kids are getting older.
