Balto is a 6-year-old Husky / Malamute / German Shepherd mix with a big heart and an energetic personality. He’s a happy, active boy who would thrive in a home that can match his enthusiasm for life.

He does best in a home with a large backyard and ideally other high-energy dog friends to play with. Balto loves hiking, long walks around the neighborhood, and spending time outdoors.

Balto is:\

• House trained\
• Kennel/crate trained\
• Knows basic commands including sit, lay down, and shake (handshake)

Because he’s so high-energy, he can sometimes be a bit overwhelming for dogs who aren’t used to that level of play, so a home with confident or playful dogs would be a great match.

We’re looking for a home where Balto can truly thrive, get plenty of exercise, and be part of an active family.

A rehoming fee of $200 applies to ensure a serious and committed home.
