All the chairs are in really great condition. The table has a few cosmetic issues but is still structurally sound and a very solid table. The issues can be seen in the pictures. Two of the tiles have popped out of place. I believe all that is required is to remove the outer metal frame and then re-grout. There are a few scratches on the outer black frame. The backer board on the is cracked in some places, but it still seems very stable and functional.

Overall, a great looking table that retails for about $2,000 new, so this could be a great deal for you!
