Purchased in 2016 from Accessible Systems of Utah, a company I highly recommend for our experience at the time of purchase and service afterwards. Used for 10 months, then stored in the basement since 2019. Worked perfectly. The chair is in excellent shape, no cracks in cover and damage anywhere on the seat. Has 2 remote control units for the top and bottom of stairs, batteries were removed for protection.

Stairlift rail is 163 inches long, straight length. 13 stairs including the landing. There is no rail damage. The chair ran smoothly and was gentle for my mom.
