2004 Sand Rail Fabricators 2-Seat Sand Rail – LS3 Wheelie Machine
Yes, it wheelies. On command. This car is an absolute animal.
This is a Sand Rail Fabricators–built 2-seat car from 2004. They only built a handful of two-seaters, and if you know their work, you know they build stout, beefy cars meant to be driven hard. I’ve owned this rail since 2016 and it has been solid and reliable every single trip. The only reason it’s for sale is simple: it doesn’t fit my whole family anymore.
Drivetrain & Chassis\
Suspension & Wheels\
Electronics & Extras\
Condition & History I had a low-speed tip-over at St. Anthony on its side. After that, I sent the car to FREIDAY Racing in Arizona and had them go through the entire car. They repaired any cracks, dents, or dings, rebuilt the shocks, replaced all related hardware, bushings, and ball joints, and fabricated a brand-new trunk/wing roof panel and hood panel.
I have receipts totaling over $14,000 for this work.
The car has been meticulously maintained:\
Last trip was Dune Buggy Roundup at Dumont in December. I average about three trips a year.
Paperwork\
Price & Location\
If you’re looking for a real, proven sand car that’s fast, well-sorted, and ready to rip right now, this is it. This isn’t a slapped-together rail. It’s been owned, maintained, and driven by someone who actually cares.
