The index card shown in the photos was tucked slightly into the edge of the matte when I obtained the print.

The artwork itself is in good condition.
The gold matte surrounding the artwork has a broken corner in the upper right as well as some other cracks/chips.
Located near Sugarhouse in SLC. Will ship for $12.
