Size 45, But I would say they run a little big, maybe even closer to a 45.5 Boa The insoles were never used as I had an orthotic in them to try to help decrease the overall volume of the shoes. I have fairly skinny feet and tried to make these work with the orthotics, but couldnt get my feet to stop moving around a little without putting some giant orthotic in them. The carbon sole is very stiff with excellent power transfer, I would say on par with and possibly a little better than the Specialized S Works shoes that I was riding before these. I would love to keep these for that reason, but just couldn't get them to work with my feet. My Specialized were 44.5 which worked well until my feet started flatening out a little So my big toe was pushing into the end of the shoe, even with the arch supports in. I will say I was amazed how much bigger the Fizik's are with only 1/2 size up, which is why I feel they may be closer to a 45.5. If you wear a size 45 and possibly a 45.5 with a larger volume foot and want a shoe with excellent stiffness, these are for you.
