These ladies are up for grabs. The owner is selling them as recip mares, but I think some of them would make fantastic riding horses or partners or whatever your heart desires. I always forget to take good pictures when working with them, but I can grab better pics depending on which one(s) suit your fancy. The 2 black ones are likely cut out for more than just recip mare work. The girl with a couple white markings is the friendliest of the bunch, put together very well, and is a fast learner. The other black mare is MASSIVE and such a sweet and gentle giant. She definitely has the "drafty" look to her. There's a beautiful bay that is cute as a button and curiously introverted. She has potential too, for sure. There's a dark bay that tries so hard to overcome her fear of people, but she still is weary (these mares were mostly unhandled before I started working them). She will follow you to the ends of the earth, but only if you gain her trust and can catch her. Lastly, we have a pretty dun mare that came to us, so she is not from the owner's breeding and has different life stories to tell. She is big and friendly, but seems to not have any of the percheron in her like these other mares do. If you're looking for a project or recip mare, let me know and you can pick from these beauties!
