Pretty much brand new. We installed them in a mother-in-law appartment but then never rented it out. We are not taking them out to do something else down there. They are both 18x24x30-36 tall with the legs. Pet and smoke free no scratches scuffs etc. I also have some more drawer fronts and cabinet fronts we bought but didn't end up using.
