I have a property that I would like to do a cash out refinance on. It is actually 2 properties, one is a small comercial building and the other is a duplex. I would like to refinace both properties into 1 note. I would estimate the comercial building to be valued at aproximatly 250k and the home around 350k. The properties are right next to each other and we use them for our business. Only looking to get 350k total, that would pay off the existing notes and put you in the first lien position.
