The iWALK Free is a revolutionary hands-free crutch that ends the pain and inconvenience of conventional crutches. It allows people with lower leg non-weight bearing injuries to lead functional, hands-free, pain-free lives during their rehabilitation.

The design has an increased thigh support surface area for increased comfort and stability and a larger thigh gate strap for greater pressure disbursement. It also has a new number of settings on the thigh support to assist in finding the perfect fit and a spring-loaded ratching mechanism with a larger dial knob. For additional user comfort, the 3.0 has air channels in its thicker knee pad and a built-in recess in the knee platform to accommodate proximal tibial protrusion. Its strapping system is also upgraded with improved velcro closures, foam padding, breathable tricot fabric, color-coded straps, and a round mount that allows for 24-degree rotation.
