I rent my tractor out at a rate of $125/hour. It takes time to swap implements, hook up the trailer, load the tractor and drive time so I have a minimum of 2 hours or ($250) per visit. I am the operator, and will be doing the work. Below are the different attachments and work that can be performed with the tractor. I begin charging at arrival, and pro-rate every 15 min. I have done it for about 5 years. Last year I had some issues with parts for the tractor and tiller, but everything is ready to go for this year. The ground has not frozen this year, so the pictures were just taken (Feb 9, 2026). As long as the ground is not frozen or muddy from rain I can schedule most Saturdays and some days during the week as well. If you don't need any help now, but will this Spring, just save the ad and call when you're ready.

No cost for transportation within 20 miles from Farmington, UT. If you are not within 20 miles I will charge for some of the transportation cost due to time and gas costs.

Tiller: Will till about 6-7 inches with one pass, and if needed we can do as many passes as desired.

Brush Hog: For tall grasses/weeds that need to be mowed down and it will mow to about 4-5 inch length

Loader: If you have material (soil/mulch/gravel) that you need to move or spread out

Box Blade: If you would like to have ground leveled out after tilling

Rake: Rip out bushes and rake rocks out of an area.

Dump Trailer: If you need to have material hauled out (Extra $100)
