Kaycee is a AQHA registered 20 yr old gelding with lots of go. He is good in the mountains and will go all day. Kaycee wears a size one shoe and is the most sure footed horse we own. You can pack him, trail ride or go rope calves on him in the pasture. He had Has been hobbled and has no issues. He has been used as a breakaway horse before but is very box sour. He is fine to just ride around in the arena though. He is great to shoe. Has lots of go, so I wouldn’t say he’s a kid horse. He would need someone that is more experienced. Kaycee is the kind of horse you can leave in the pasture all winter and he will be the same horse as when you put him there. No buck, no bite, and Hauls with no issue.
