Frozen ONLY!! Good healthy diet, no caffeine, no alcohol or smoking, no COVID vaccine, there is dairy in my diet. I don't know if this is hi lipase or not (not too often do I use the milk after it's frozen.) my little one is gaining fairly well, though. Any other questions, please ask.
