U.S.I.A. SYS6550RA waterproof radio pouch. Made to fit MBITR AN/PRC-148 / 152 / RF-5800 / similar radios. Internal padded sleeve holds the radio securely in place, clear window allows you to see the radio display, and a quick-close antenna wrap allows for low profile carrying. Made for SEALs and other similar teams. Fully seam sealed interior and one large YKK waterproof zipper on the back closes it all up. Appears to be NOS never used.
