Marriott Newport Coast Resort Villa

This is for a seven day stay at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas. The rental period is from July 26 (check in 4 p.m.) to August 2 (checkout is 10 a.m.) Confirmation #78284217, The rental is solely for occupancy of the unit for the rental period. It does not include any payment for charges incurred while occupying the unit. This is a non-smoking room.

The villa can accommodate up to eight people and includes two bedrooms, king and queen beds, plus two sofa beds, full kitchen and laundry, living room, dining area and balcony. Also free wifi and TVs in both bedrooms and living area. Free parking and a free shuttle service is offered to the beaches and shopping area.

The rental rate for the Villa for the week of July 26 – August 2 is $3,500.00, which is considerably less than the rate offered by the resort. A 50% refund will be returned if cancellation is made at least 65 days before check in. No refund after 65 days.

There will be two parking passes available with the villa. One will allow parking outside the villa in close proximity. The second pass is for parking in a covered parking garage on the resort property.
