This is Marty a SMARTY 2.0 grappling dummy for grappling training , jiu jitsu or wrestling. Marty has only been used a handful of times by my kids with supervision. Comes with a gi for Gi training and he is stuffed with a mix of poly fill, cotton and pool noodles for premium bending where he needs to bend for submissions and stiff in legs and arms to dial in your training technique. He is stuffed at about 40- 60 lbs and can be restuffed if needed for heavier weights He is great for kids and adults under 5'6. This is not the cheap-o Amazon training dummy this is a professional training dummy in a natural open guard configuration.
