This is a Thule classic that has seen a lot of use but is still in excellent condition. I added a security loop (center “U”) for attaching a cable or other locking mechanism (e.g. lock rack to car). This is one sturdy rack - it survived in perfect condition an accident that totaled my former bike when I drove into a parking garage, forgetting it was up there. (Don’t do this!) Comes with roof bar clips, lock key. I found a somewhat more modern version new at $260.00 on line, so this is a steal.
